terms of use.

Conditions governing access to the public website and secure digital client portal.

Website information

Public website content is provided for general information and does not create a professional engagement. Services begin only after the firm accepts an engagement under agreed terms.

Portal access

Users must protect their credentials, access only authorised client information and promptly report suspected compromise. Activity may be logged for security and professional accountability.

Electronic acknowledgements

Portal signature workflows record consent, signer identity, timestamps, document hashes and security evidence. For documents requiring qualified or regulated digital signatures, the firm should integrate an approved external trust-service provider.

Confidentiality

Users must not disclose documents or information obtained through the portal except as authorised by the client, firm or applicable law.
